Hi everyone!!

I have a lovely pink creme polish to share with you from Barry M called Bright Pink.  It's a barbie pink creme with a good formula.  It's opaque in two coats.

On my middle finger, I added a coat of Charlotte Russe Pink Perfection, glass flecks in a sheer coral base, over Bright Pink.  I then freehanded white and silver stripes.  On my ring finger I have on three coats of Hello Kitty Red Sparkle, red microglitter in a red base.

Ellagee - Salty Breeze

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

I have a mani that I did not too long ago to share with you using two Ellagee polishes.  Salty Breeze is a lovely purple creme and Beach Bum is a light coral creme.  I decided to pair them together with the saran wrap method over white on my middle and ring fingers.  I then stamped a flower image from the UberChic 5-03 plate and added some gold glitter in the middle of the flowers.  I'm wearing Salty Breeze on its own on my index and pinky fingers.

I was so in love with this mani, I didn't want to take it off.  These colors are so pretty and they went so well together.  I love this image as well.  I'm officially a fan of Ellagee polishes.  The formulas are great!

What do you guys think of these two colors?

Native War Paints - Walking Lantern

Hi everyone!!

Today, the Twinsies are sharing manicures inspired by their favorite foods.

I love food period, so I just randomly chose two polishes, Walking Lantern and Casseroles, Cookies and Coercions.   Walking Lantern is a pale green with shimmer, but it almost looks cream, which reminds me of ice cream, one of my favorite foods.  Casseroles, Cookies and Coercions is a pink crelly with pink and red flakies.  It reminds me so much of strawberries, my favorite fruit.

Both of these polishes have a really nice formula.  They apply really well and are opaque in two coats.  They are really pretty too!

What do you guys think of these polishes?  What's your favorite food?

China Glaze - Sweet Hook

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

Today I have a lovely China Glaze polish to share with you.  Sweet Hook has been around for quite some time, but I only just took it from my untried pile.  It's a really pretty lilac creme with a great formula.  It's opaque in two easy coats and not very streaky like most pastels.

I paired Sweet Hook with Brash Toxic Purple, a deep purple with a slightly metallic finish.  I did a gradient on my ring finger and added a glitter from a brand I found at Macy's, Material Girl, called Labyrinth.  It's a holo glitter in a clear base.  The base was really thick though, so it took care to apply it.  I then added an image from UberChic 5-01 in white.

I loved the different shades of purple going on in this mani and the mixture of finishes.  What do you guys think?  Do you own any of these polishes?

Throwback Thursday

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

I'm starting a new theme on Thursdays.  I realized I really need to use my older polishes that are just sitting on the shelf instead of only trying my new polishes.  So on Thursdays, I'll be sharing manis using polishes I haven't used in a while.  The last time I wore The Polish Bar Open Sky was in April 2014.  That's crazy right!!  Here's what I decided to do with it.

Index: Pop Beauty Baby Blue
Middle: Julep Charlotte
Ring finger: Image from the Pueen 56 plate using a purple metallic Cosmetic Arts polish
Pinky: Open Sky on its own

Artificial Light

I really love blue and purple together!  Open Sky is such a pretty polish!  I'm glad I gave these some polishes some love because I really do like them all.

Do you have any polishes that you haven't used in a really long time?

Nubar - Strawberry

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

Today, I'm sharing a lovely pink polish from Nubar with you.

Nubar Strawberry is a soft dusty pink and has a crelly finish.  It requires three coats for full opacity.  I added a coat of Pure Ice Spitfire on pinky.  It has pink and holographic microglitter in a clear base.  On my ring finger, I stamped an image from the UberChic 5-03 plate in white.

Ellagee - By The Sea

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

For Monday Blues, I have a gorgeous blue creme from Ellagee to share with you.

By The Sea is described as a sun-bleached neon turquoise.  It's such a pretty shade.  The formula is a bit on the thick side, but is great.  It applied really well and was opaque in two coats.

On my pinky, I did a dry brush design with black, white and gold.  Then I did some multi-colored stamping with an image from the UberChic 5-01 plate also using black, white and gold.  The white didn't show up as much as I wanted, but it was still a fun look.

I'm loving these Ellagee polishes so far!  What do you guys think of By The Sea?
