Essie - Jazz

Hi everyone!!

Today, I have a lovely nude from Essie called Jazz to share with you all.  I got it in a mini set from Duane Reade over a year ago.

Jazz has a good formula.  It's slightly streaky on the first coat, but levels out nicely with the second coat.  Here I used two coats with no top coat.

I decided to try out a stamping plate that I received from Born Pretty Store for review with this polish.

It has a few really nice designs, but I wanted to try the one with the fancy print at the bottom left.

My stamping still needs more work.  I think I need a new stamper because mine is a bit wonky.  But you get the idea of the design.  The ring finger is definitely the better one.  I used Color Club Revvvolution for the stamping over Jazz.

I plan to play around with this plate a bit more once I get a new stamper.  I refuse to give up and will one day have a great stamping manicure!!!

What do you guys think of Jazz?  Do you struggle with stamping as much as I do?

You may purchase this stamping plate or any other nail art supplies at Born Pretty Store here with my coupon code, MPL91, to get 10% off.

  2. I have Jazz in my collection but haven't used it yet. Yeah I struggle with stamping too but it is much easier using the squishy stamper.

  4. This polish looks so elegant on you!! And I used to be awful with stamping... It's all in the stamper IMO. I really like the XL squishy ones!

  10. I have trouble with stamping, too. But Lucy's Stash has some awesome tutorials on YouTube about making stamping decals that is way easier, but has the same effect.
