Barielle - Swatches & Review

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

Today, I have two polishes and a matte top coat from Barielle to share for review today.

Blue Capri

Artificial Light

Artificial Light

Artificial Light
Blue Capri is described as a royal creamy blue.  It has a great formula!  It applies like butter and is opaque in two coats.  It also dries to a lovely shine.  Here I used two coats with no base or top coat.

Blue Cotton Candy

Artificial Light
Blue Cotton Candy is from the Sweet Treats collection.  It's a blue/teal creme packed with silver shimmer.  It also has a great formula and was opaque in two coats.  I absolutely love the shimmer in this polish!  I used two coats with no base or top coat for these swatches.

Matte-inee
(Matte top coat)

Matte-inee applies easily and as you can see, it doesn't give the polish that dry chalky look like some other matte top coats.  It just has more of a dull finish.  This kind of matte, I don't think I would mind ;0).

I've wanted Blue Capri and Blue Cotton Candy for a little while now and I'm so happy to have them.  They're really lovely shades.

What do you guys think of these polishes?  Have you tried any of them before?

Barielle polishes may be purchased online here.

  4. Love the blues! You're right the matte isn't a typical chalky finish... more waxy looking
