Tillie Nail Lacquer - Swatches & Review

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

I wanted to do a second post to share two polishes from a brand that I just tried for the first time.  I first heard about Tillie when looking at videos on Andrea's YouTube channel.  It's a brand she started with her sisters.  I decided to order two polishes, My Favorite Sweater and Weekend Rendezvous.

First up is My Favorite Sweater.

This is actually only one coat.  Yes one coat and with NO top coat.  It's a gorgeous dark teal with an excellent formula.  It applied really well and is super creamy and smooth.  And as you can see it dries to a beautiful shine.

This is a perfect fall color, I love it!

Next is Weekend Rendezvous.

I'm so in love with this one.  It's such an awesome shade of purple.  The formula was slightly runny with this one, but nothing to complain about.  It was fully opaque in two coats and dried to a beautiful shine.  In these pics, I used two coats and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

I'm really impressed with these polishes and I'm looking forward to seeing what else Tillie Nail Lacquer has in store.  If you'd like to purchase Tillie polishes, you can visit their site here.  The cost is $8 per bottle.

What do you guys think of these two polishes?  Have you tried this brand before?

  3. I've never heard of this brand before I saw you show the polishes. They are both great. I love My Favorite Sweater so much! I actually have 2 teal sweaters and I love them, so this shade is right up my alley. The other one reminds me of a-england Elaine. Purple is so gorgeous on you! And great photos!
