ReplyDeleteWell, I would have to say that my favorite thing about Valentine's Day is just the love a person can show throughout the day to someone else - whether that person is a family member, friend, significant other, etc. I think what gets me giddy about this day is just the amount of love I see among the people around me. <33
I love that people are more open to affection and love on that day :)

ReplyDeleteValentine isn't a big thing in the Netherlands but I like to make cards for my husband, parents. sister and two best friends. Sometimes I bake a cake to surprise my husband as I don't bake al lot.

I do not like Valentine, because I am always single in this romantic time :(
ReplyDeleteI love everything about Valentine's Day. The hearts, the colors, the gifts, the flowers... the unique ideas everyone seems to have. It is not just about couples' love, but it can be for family too. My parents always had something for us kids on Valentine's Day, and I do that for my son as well. Even though my husband and I enjoy a romantic date as much as the next couple, we don't like leaving our son out. There will be plenty of time for that when he's grown and has a girlfriend of his own. :)

ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about Valentines Day is that I get to say that My Valentine is my 20 month old :) Her father and I are no longer together and im not interested in dating lol. Were going to make it a Disney Jr day and hopefully make some great VDay crafts.
