Essie - Butler Please

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!  Happy MLK day!  So glad to get an extra day off today!

I have a real blue beauty to share with you to take your Monday blues away.  By now, you've probably seen Butler Please, from Essie's Winter collection, all over the blog world.  But it's my turn to share it.  I'm so so in love with this blue!

Butler Please is a bright blue creme that dries matte.  It has a good formula.  I've seen that some people have had issues with the formula for this polish, but I had none.  It applied evenly and was opaque in two coats.  I used Orly Nail Defense as a base and two coats of Butler Please for the pics below.

Because I'm a shiny polish lover, I added Seche Vite to my polish.

I love this polish so much!! It's such a bright and fun blue.  It's definitely one of my favorites at the moment.

Because I didn't want to take it off, I decided to add some polka dots.  I used my dotting tool and first added a line of dots of Sally Hansen Fuschia Power, then another line of dots of Essence A Lovely secret.  I got the idea for this design from Pinterest.

I thought this was a really cute and fun design.  The colors went really well with Butler Please.

What do you guys think of Butler Please?  Did you pick up this polish?

  6. Awesome! Love this polish. I have this one..love the color! I didn't have application issues, it just didn't last that long :( I used Out the Door and for some reason had a chip on day 2 i think it was! I couldn't believe it. Formula seemed to be thin or something. Hopefully you'll have a better experience. Love the dots!

  9. I was really tempted to buy this one and Where's My Chauffeur?, but they look so similar to Essie's Mesmerized and Tuquoise & Caicos, so I passed. This color looks great on you and I especially love the dots!! :)
