Nails Inc. - Power Pink

Hi everyone!! I have a second post today because I've joined my lovely polish friend Susan and some other bloggers for a cause dear to my heart.  Did you know that breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the United States? According to the American Cancer Society, it is the second leading cause of cancer death in women after lung cancer.

Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, we will be sharing pink manicures on Mondays for the entire month!

For my first Polish Us Pink post, I have a polish that I got from my polish buddy Saira.  When I saw that there was a special in London from InStyle magazine where you get a Nails Inc. polish with a magazine purchase, I reached out to Saira immediately!  She was more than happy to get it for me.  London has the best deals I tell ya!

Power Pink was made just for me.  It's a gorgeous barbie pink creme with a great formula.  It was opaque in two easy coats.  I used Nail Life as a base, two coats of Power Pink, and no top coat in these pictures.

This is such a pretty girly pink and I'm so happy that Saira was able to get it for me.  Thanks Saira!!!  The only place I see it available now online is e-bay and it's not too pricey.  So do a search if you're interested.

What do you guys think of Power Pink?  Are you in love with it like I am?

According to cancer.org, breast cancer death rates have been going down. This is probably the result of finding the cancer earlier and better treatment. Right now there are more than 2.9 million breast cancer survivors in the United States.  It's my hope that as we continue to bring awareness to this disease, we will soon find a cure.

  1. I really like this color on you! Very pretty!
Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women in Romania too. But unlike the US, people are not educated enough and have no idea what to do in order to catch it in an early stage. I hope that in a few years we will get there and lower the mortality rate to a minimum like in the US.
