Pomegranate Nail Lacquer - Showgirl

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!  Happy Monday!  Sorry I disappeared this weekend.  Hubby and I had to make a sudden trip to Canada, not for a good reason.  We had to go to a funeral.  Unfortunately, his grandmother passed away.  So let's just say it's been an emotional weekend!

To help take your blues away this Monday, I have another polish to share from Pomegranate Nail Lacquer.  If you missed  the first polish I reviewed, you can see that here.

Showgirl is a clear base with turquoise and blue microglitter.  This is definitely a layering polish, so I decided to layer it over Pop Beauty Baby Blue.

My thumb has three coats on its own so you can see what it looks like. My index, middle, and pinky have one coat, and my ring finger has two coats.

Showgirl applies very easily and evenly. The glitter isn't very dense though, so you would have to add additional coats based on the look you're going for. I like that it isn't too dense because you have the option of a subtle look if you want.

I think this is a really pretty glitter and for those of you who fear glitter (ahem, Amanda), removal was super easy.

What do you think of Showgirl? Is this a glitter you would wear?

Don't forget the other Monday Nail Blues girls:
Gosia from Life in Color!
Marta from ChitChat Nails
Stephanie from Sincerely Stephanie
Mandy from Chameleon Stampede
Mihaela from Lacquer Buzz

Pomegranate Nail Lacquer can be purchased online here.  The cost is $9.00 for a 16.5 ml bottle.

    1. Thanks! Yes, I like that about it. Sometimes you just need something that isn't too heavy.

  3. How amazing - it looks like it built pretty evening and you don't see that in a lot of glitters. I actually like how it looks on your thumb a lot.

  5. My condolences.

I still find this brand name confusing--like it should be a juice instead of polish. :)

  7. I'm so sorry about the loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

I love how you showcased the polish in different ways. Since I prefer to layer glitter, I like that you showed both options :)
