OPI - Princesses Rule

Hi everyone!!  First of all, to my fellow bloggers, don't think I've forgotten about you.  It's busy time at work once again, so it will take time to catch up on posts.  Second, can I just say I'm so happy spring is officially here.  I feel so much happier these days, lol.

This Pink Wednesday, I have a pretty, sheer baby pink shimmer to share with you.  I found Princesses Rule at Nordstrom Rack on Union Square about two months ago.  It is from the 2007 OPI Princess Charming Collection, but is still available.  I knew just by looking at it in the bottle it would be very sheer.  But how could I pass up a polish named Princesses Rule.  Come on!  Also, it was only about $5 (I think).  It was definitely cheaper than the usual $8.

Princesses Rule's formula is pretty good.  It went on without any issues, nice and evenly.  However, after three coats, there was still VNL, as I expected.  I really liked how it looked on me though.  I didn't mind the VNL too much.  I'll probably try to layer it over a similar color as well for opacity in the future.

These swatches are three coats with no base or top coat:

Natural Light

Do you see how beautiful the shimmer is in this polish?  I think Princesses Rule is great for when you need a palette cleanser.  It's a nice soft and lady-like color that has a little extra sparkle.  So pretty!!

What do you think of Princesses Rule?  Is this something you would wear?
