So I tried to make a franken...

Hi everyone!!  Yayyy, it's Friday ;0).

I wanted to try a franken and I have to admit, I had no idea what I was doing.  My Vintage Boutique was almost done and I wanted to do something with it instead of getting rid of it, so I decided to add Shine of the Times and Rimmel French Lingerie which can be seen here.  Here was the result:

As you can see, it just looks like Vintage Boutique...FAIL!!  You can see very few flakies in it.  Since I didn't want to use up too much of my Shine of the Times, I decided to try adding glitter.  I really wanted it to have a golden shiny effect (if that makes sense).  So I added E.L.F. Golden Goddess.  Here are the pics after the glitters:

I like this version a lot better.  Clearly, I have a lot more practicing to do though.  I plan to try out more frankens in the future.  I think it's exciting to try and come up with your own creation.  I'll only be doing it for fun though.  I'll leave the real stuff to the rest of those who actually know what they're doing, lol!

Have you tried any frankens?  What do you think of this one?

  5. I like it!!! I suck at making Frankens. I always end up adding way too much glitter or holo powder. :(
