Another Jelly Sandwich

Hi nail polish lovers!!  I'm so excited because this is my 100th post!  I can't believe it.  I just want to say thank you to all of you have been with me on this blogging journey.  I truly appreciate that you take the time to visit and comment, it gives me such motivation to continue.  It also enables my habit, lol!!

I have another jelly sandwich to share with you.  If you missed my first one, you can see it here

For my base color, I used Revlon Plum Seduction (a beautiful fuschia jelly).  I then used e.l.f. Golden Goddess as my second coat for the glitter.  Finally, I topped it with Orly Star Spangled which also has glitter.

Here are a few pics:

This mani was just okay to me.  I loved the sparkle in it, but for me it was missing some bling.  I did like that at certain angles there was a flash of purple in the glitter.  I thought that was interesting.
I realize I have to branch out with other glitters and colors for these jelly sandwiches, but I really wanted to give this combo a try.

What do you guys think?

  4. Congrats! I have my 100th post coming up too! I really like how this looks. The glitter looks suspended in the jelly and it kinda seems lit from within. Very nice!
